I would really appreciate if you guys could remember to add the following things at the bottom of your posts;
Current HP
A list of your defenses
Your Passive Perception
IF you make an active Perception Check, or are rolling for something else related to the post you've just made (like Gather Information, or Persuasion, etc), please include that roll as well.
