I love talking about houserule ideas, so, how would you guys structure diceless games of Scion? My current idea is that each character would get a certain number of free successes based on their Legend and their Attributes... something like 4x Legend success for situations involving their Primary Attributes [so a Primary Physical Legend 3 Scion would get 12 free successes per scene for situations where they would have had to roll a physical attribute], 3x for Secondary, 2x for Tertiary, though they could never spend more successes than a given Attribute + Skill [So you couldn't blow all 9 successes on Charisma + Presence if your combined Charisma + Presence is only 6]. Legend Points would act to add new successes, and you could spend a Legend Point to break the cap [So in that case, you could spend a Legend Point and stunt out a truly epic use of Charisma + Presence and get to use all 9 successes]. Likewise stunts would add successes, though since they're adding straight successes rather than dice, they might have to be given out more rarely [or not - Scion is supposed to be Epic Adventure after all]. The only concern I can see is that it makes Legend a very important stat, but that's already true and there's a reason Legend is the most expensive and difficult stat to raise. I figure the Demigod upgrade and other things like it would give you smaller multipliers that could be added into the original, allowing a dual-Primary demigod to get a pretty big multiplier in whatever thing he chose to specialize in.
