Hmm... Kyrin thought over what she knew. It wasn't enough. She needed an edge. Hopefully, she'd find out what she needed later on, when she reached out to her contacts and called in a few favours...

"Right," Jam says to Darrius. "Wesa should go find the others first."
Jam then begins to head outside in order to meet up with Kyrin and Tala.

“Very well… let us find them and finish this mission. I am eager to continue my Force training.”
With that he made his way toward the others.

Kyle Katarn and Jan Ors rounded up the team. Kyle took a moment to personally speak with Kyrin, and though he seemed a bit reluctant, he agreed to pay her a standard Republic fee for a mercenary scout, if their mission on Nar Shadaa was successful.
The Reliant, a freighter that looked as if it had just been unpacked from its shipping crate, awaited them on a floating docking platform. "We've got Priority Clearance for the next 24 hours," Kyle informed them. "So if you've got anything you want to do here on Coruscant before we take off, now is the time."

Tala has no further business, so she's ready to go.

Meanwhile, Kyrin went off in search of that elusive "edge". She was sure that some of her contacts and acquaintances in the dodgier areas of Coruscant could give her some useful information. Maybe she could establish a few links with the criminal community in Nar Shaddaa; she'd never been there, but she knew some people who could give her a few pointers and put her in touch with a "friend of a friend". It might just work... _______________ ( Gather Information Check: 1d20+7 = 23I thought I'd use Kyrin's "Knack" talent (which allows her to roll a skill check twice and get the better result). So here goes: 1d20+7 = 27Er yeah... I got a natural twenty. Um. That was suspiciously lucky. I'm starting to suspect myself of cheating when I'm not looking. :

Darrius sat in The Reliant waiting to go. Stored up in his cabin he studied the Force from his holocron teacher. Although acting took its toll on a daily basis, it was nice to relax and just enjoy that which is. The Force could be as relaxing as a day in the spa.

Kyrin returned to the ship, with a smirk on her face and a spring in her step; her quest for information had been fruitful indeed; she had much to think about on the journey to Nar Shaddaa.
She sat down near to Luke Skywalker (OOC: I'm not sure whether Kyrin knows that Darrius is merely an actor, yet) and said, brightly: 'I'm guessing you're hoping to find Jedi- or force sensitives who, if you trained them, might make good Jedi- on this trip. But why Nar Shaddaa? What- or who- else do you think you'll find there?
If she was going to be coming along on this mission she wanted to hear the truth of it and know what she had been hired to do. She paused for a minute, biting her lip:
'Oh, and... er, can I have your autograph? Please?'

Darrius leaned over to look at Kyrin.
“The empire is huge and its reach great… although in exile… it has made its presence known on many planetary systems galaxy wide. We are going to Nar Shaddaa, because the government there is self-sustaining as it always was. We can look for Force-sensitives without attracting too much unwanted attention from the Republic’s enemies. Although notoriously dangerous and a virtually immoral sector… Hutt space isn’t the Republic’s enemy.”
Darrius shook his head.
“Yes… we will start there, and build steam.”
He then produced a pen and a picture.
“Oh… and here you go young one.”
Darrius then signed his photo: --Keep your head to the stars and your heart to the Force… To my number one fan… Love, Darrius Vahn Draay--

'Ooh, thank you,' Kyrin said, graciously, reading the message on the back of the picture, carefully. (OOC: She's probably thinking something like: "I bet I could make good money selling this on the Star Wars equivalent of Ebay.")
'I'm glad I can help you,' she said, with a laugh. 'This is goin' to be... interesting.'
She gave him a quick kiss on the cheek and then dashed out of there before Darrius could ask what she was doing in his room.

Darrius grabbed his cheek where she kissed, and thought for a second, before quietly speaking out loud to himself.
“Man… what have I gotten myself into.”

Jan Ors and Kyle Katarn disappeared into the cockpit (which they locked behind them), and the vessel rocketed into deep space. The journey to Nar Shadaa would be a very quick one, since it lay directly along the Corellian Trade Spine. The holocron, carefully opened, projected the holographic remnant of Master Anrit . "Greetings. You have shown the necessary abilities to activate my holocron. Tell me, what is it Master Anrit can do for you?"

Darrius bowed humbly before the holocron.
“Master Anrit… I am Darrius Vahn Draay… descendant of Lucien Draay… member of the Jedi High Council during the great Mandalorian Wars.”
He looked up as he continued.
“Although I know this means little of anything to you however, I have come before you today in order to seek training… so that I too might become a great Jedi Knight… and then a Jedi Master.”

Kyrin remained silent. That was unusual, for her. She was curious to know what was going on, and she had the feeling that it might not be a good idea to go interfering in Jedi business. Keeping a careful eye on the proceedings, taking note of everything that was going on; she was the picture of a diligent student; she looked guileless and innocent. It was an expression that had often fooled the unwary.
Her companions probably knew her well enough to know otherwise, by now. They must wonder what she was plotting. She was up to something...
