Hey no worries. Families should be together for Christmas.
Looks like Jan. 7th is going to be the day of truth for me... thats when we have our "reconciliation hearing" with the judge, so either the wife is going to change her mind about all this, or we'll be entering the final stage.
Either way, I'm just thankful that my whole family is together under one roof for Christmas, and everything is peaceful for the time being.

LOL you've got a few penalties working against you. If the real Luke Skywalker were stupid enough to travel to Nar Shadaa, he sure wouldn't broadcast his Jedi powers and identity. Remember; theres a big bounty on Force Users anywhere the Empire can reach (which includes neutral space, through bounty hunters). Theres a HUGE bounty on Luke Skywalker. |

Goodbye
After months of mounting pressure from my wife I was once again forced with a game related ultimatum. I was told yesterday that I had to: “Choose between being a husband and a father… or a gamer.” For those of you who have been around for a while this might still be a surprise but it is nothing new, as just over a year ago I had to make the same decision. For those of you who haven’t been around for a while, I’m saying goodbye!
From today forward, I must withdraw from all forum games (I play on this one and a couple other games on another) and my Monday night RPG session. It’s a very painful decision to make; but a wise one, at this point, from my perspective. If anyone wishes to continue running a game of mine, for if and when I do return, they are more than free to do so.
Although this might prove to be an indefinite end for my gaming… I will most likely still drop in here to respond or to even forum lurk when bored. What this means for my games… I would like for them all to be hidden after a week from today. This give people enough time to archive their character if they need to.
As far as the games that I am currently playing in, I don’t care what you do with my character. Kill them, suspend them or have them mysteriously disappear. It really doesn’t matter, as from henceforth I hand the character over to the GM to do whatever they wish to do, be it for game/storyline purposes or for convenience purposes.
Once again… I am sincerely sorry,
